If it says delivery time 5-8 days we are waiting for a delivery from our supplier and don't have it in stock. It's been a week and the order still has not been sent from the warehouse! I even just checked the product on the website just now and it says it should be sent in 5-8 days and that it is available. An error that occurred when the website was updated and some items were affected by this. But accepting that is beyond KitchenTime's control, I asked them to help me negotiate with PostNord to deliver it to my door as I had been promised on KitchenTime's website when I ordered. Firstly, my delivery was handled through PostNord to Stockholm, which is not ideal for large packages. KitchenTime is an e-commerce site that offers high quality kitchenware at good prices. One of the items was unfortunately delayed from our supplier but we'll make sure to send it to you as soon as possible. We're terribly sorry for this misunderstanding.
